Refund policy

 We do not offer cash refunds. Instead, we provide credit vouchers.
 We are happy to accept unworn, unwashed merchandise with original tags within 30 days of purchase for an exchange.
 Sale items may be exchanged once for another item.
 Exchanges can be facilitated through our Dispatch process or at our Outlets.
 When returning items, please include the original invoice and state the reason for the return.
 Customers are responsible for the cost of traceable delivery (e.g., courier or registered post) to our address.
 Customers requesting an exchange will receive an exchange voucher equal to the item's invoice value.(not below it, you can buy item above the price by paying via Whatapp)
 Refund requests will be processed within 10 days of receiving the returned products.
